Return policy
If the product received is defective or is not what was ordered, it can be returned in the original packaging with any other documents, accessories, freebies or tags within 2 days of delivery for a replacement subject to stock availability or a refund if need be. Items returned after the 2-day period has expired will not be accepted.
Refund policy
A customer can request for a refund if the order is cancelled within 30 minutes of placing an order or if a replacement for a returned product is not available. Refunds will be made into the customer’s mobile money account or a mutually accepted mode of payment. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
